Growing inbound / out bound telephone customer care provider is looking for experienced managers to join York, PA team.  We are currently looking for management with specific experience supervising and motivating a team of employees in a production environment. 

 

The position requires at least 2 years supervisory experience in a fast paced environment.  Other qualities required are a strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to work in a changing environment and the willingness to work within a proven management structure. 

 

Prospective employees must be flexible with hours and limited travel with in the region for training purposes.
