AQUAONE, A FAST GROWING BOTTLED WATER COMPANY, IS SEEKING MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC INDIVIDUALS WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE TO FILL CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER/SUPERVISOR POSITION IN OUR CALL CENTER.

 

CSR DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES HANDLE ALL INBOUND CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS THROUGHOUT TEXAS AND UTAH. CSR’S WILL ANALYZE AND MAKE CHANGES TO CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS, FACILITATE DELIVERY REQUESTS, REVIEW AND RESPOND TO CUSTOMER EMAILS AND RESEARCH RETURNED MAIL USING ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES.  CSR’S WILL ALSO RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR PRICING AND HELP SIGN UP NEW CUSTOMERS.

 

THE CSR POSITION REQUIRES SOME OUTBOUND CALLING FOR SERVICE REQUEST FOLLOW UPS, COMPANY PROMOTION ANNOUNCEMENTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS. THESE CALLS ARE TO ESTABLISHED OR PREVIOUS CLIENTAL DURING LOW INBOUND CALL VOLUME AND PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TO EARN ADDITIONAL PAY.

 

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE GREAT PHONE SKILLS, COMPUTER PROFICIENCY AND 10-KEY, GOOD ANALYTICAL AND INVESTIGATIVE SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK. 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH SHORETEL PHONE SYSTEM A PLUS.

 

CSR TEAM LEADER/SUPERVISOR DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER/SUPERVISOR WILL MONITOR ALL CSR AND COLLECTIONS PERSONNEL, HANDLE SCHEDULING TO ENSURE ADEQUATE PHONE COVERAGE, TAKE CALLS OR HELP COMPLETE DAILY TASKS THAT THEIR TEAM CANNOT COMPLETE. RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSIGNING SPECIAL TASKS FROM DAILY DUTIES OR AT THE REQUEST OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT.

THE TEAM LEADER/SUPERVISOR WILL BE EXPECTED TO HANDLE CALLS REQUIRING SUPERVISOR INTERVENTION OR APPROVAL USING ESTABLISHED GUIDELINES. SUPERVISOR WILL CONTINUALLY TRAIN THEIR TEAM BY LISTENING TO RECORDED CALLS, MONITORING LIVE CALLS, AND REVIEWING AND ANALYZING CALL REPORTS. CANDIDATE WILL BE TASKED WITH USING THAT DATA TO EDUCATE TEAM MEMBERS, IMPROVE SERVICE LEVELS AND HOLD TIMES.

 

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE GREAT PHONE SKILLS, COMPUTER PROFICIENCY AND 10-KEY, GOOD ANALYTICAL AND INVESTIGATIVE SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISOR POSITION OR 3 – 5 YEARS ADVANCED CALL CENTER TASKS.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH SHORETEL PHONE SYSTEM OR OTHER CALL MANAGEMENT/MONITORING SOFTWARE A PLUS.
