Good attitude and professional appearance.  Previous call center or telemarketing experience preferred but not mandatory.

 

Job Description:This full-time entry level position handles outbound calls with the goal of presenting career opportunities to licensed insurance agents looking for new opportunities.  You will follow basic procedures and scripts and be trained to professionally present a variety of company benefits, services and products.  As a call center representative you will be required to answer questions, explain various aspects of the offer and generate high quality leads for our customers.  Our customers represent some of the nation’s largest insurance and financial companies requiring us to only employ quality individuals who can clearly present information in a professional manner.

 

Our compensation package starts at $11 per hour with additional incentives and pay increases based on performance.  Additional benefits include health insurance and 401K for qualifying employees.
