Wellspring is currently seeking a Care Management Consulting Manager/Director to work with clients and Wellspring Partner teams to analyze, design and implement human resource cost management findings, recommendations and solutions. Key Responsibilities Include: Technical Skills: o Pharmacist, Nurse, Case Manager, Physician Assistant o Experience setting up and successfully operationalzing medical management programs/clinics, disease state management programs, and care coordination programs o Quantified success reducing utilization of benefits. o Large national, client experience - 15,000+ employees a plus o Consulting firm background/experience and/or care/medical management a MUST o 10-15 years in healthcare o Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Job Requirements The ideal candidate will possess BA/BS or higher degree in Human Resource Management, strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Advanced computer skills and HR consulting experience required. SPHR or CEBS desired. Must have access to direct flights and be willing to travel 80+%.
