Catering Executive

IKON Office Solutions has an opening for a Catering Executive at a client site in Manhattan.Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pmResponsibilities:- stocking, maintaining supplies & inventory- coordinate arrangements with vendors (caterers, restaurants) for delivery, pick-up & drop offs- source new catering companies - coordinate the management of catering supplies and equipment including linens, dry cleaning, kitchen equipment, serving items.- monitor vending machine supplies- address and resolve customer issues with vending servicesEducation / Requirements:- degree preferred in related catering field or equivalent experience- technical proficiencies in food service to include food handling certification and knowledge of HACCP standards- computer literacy (ms word & ms excel)Skills:- anticipates customers needs- results oriented, punctual & delivers at or above expectations- strong follow up skills- excellent customer service skills  Apply On-line IKON is an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V.
