Flex HR, Inc.  www.FlexHR.com seeks a Change Management Consultant to support the Business Outsourcing function of a major client in the Dallas, Texas area. The Change Management Consultant will provide change management expertise to facilitate implementation of programs and organizational changes across the client’s multiple business units, functions and locations.  Specific duties include:

 

· Bonding with the Client Manger and the Outsourcing team to ensure Organization Development (OD) has a “seat at the table” on all key decisions regarding changes in the Outsourcing program.

· Liaison with Corporate OD on significant developments in the Outsourcing program

· Recognize opportunities for OD to contribute to the effectiveness of the Corporate Outsourcing program

· Bring effective OD processes and techniques to the Outsourcing organization to ensure:

o  Effective decision making

o  Effective coordination with other business units

o  Disciplined structured decision making regarding changes with OD implications

o  Effective change management once a decision is taken and the organization moves to implement

· Pro-actively identify obstacles and opportunities for Outsourcing to which OD could contribute.

· Sell OD solutions and capabilities to the Corporate Outsourcing Management internal team.

 

We are seeking degreed candidates living in the Dallas area with 10 plus years of OD/Change Management experience or HR generalist experience with heavy change management content.  (Note:  Local candidates only.)  This is a full time position and is expected to last for several months, and possibly through the end of 2008.  The normal work week will be 35 – 50 hours.  Strong performance in the consulting role may qualify the Flex HR consultant for regular full time employment with the client.  Compensation will be in the $45 to $60 per hour range.  Please send resume and cover letter to pdavis@flexhr.com .  The candidates most closely akin to the needs of the clients will be contacted for an interview.
