Location/s: Sacramento, CARelocation: NoSuccessful candidates will have experience facilitating large-scale business transformation projects. Candidates will lead or participate in the following activities:Leadership Engagement Conducting interviews and focus groups, assessing organizational risks, formulating leadership strategies, coaching senior-level clients on their role in major transformations, and designing and facilitating senior-level and stakeholder events and meetings. Workforce Transition Developing transition strategies and plans for affected individuals, identifying assessing workforce impacts, and identifying role impacts due to system implementations. Candidates may work with clients Human Resource department to design new jobs and oversee assessment and selection of workforce into new roles. Candidates may also conduct interviews and focus groups and stakeholder events. Candidates must be able to work with client leadership to outline a Workforce Transition strategy and plan for addressing policy, procedure, and program changes to support affected employees.Communication Designing, facilitating and delivering stakeholder events, developing written and electronic presentation content, coordinating event-related logistics, and gathering quantitative data through survey tools and Microsoft Excel. Candidates will work with clients to develop and execute communication plans to drive user awareness, understanding, and adoption of solution.Client Relationship Management Candidates will work collaboratively with clients to guide the client in problem solving and decision making, while building a relationship as a trusted advisor.
