The Channel Marketing Manager will be an integral part of our fast-paced client account team. This position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong marketing and analytical background who can create and organize campaigns, analyze and use data to drive results, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment. The Channel Sales Manager will launch, develop and manage channel accounts, drive sales growth through those accounts, and help develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for increasing sales volume. This is a dynamic position for an individual with a history of success in sales. Position will carry a quota for an assigned territory and report directly to the Client Account Executive.
Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining relationships within client call center channels for the growth of our products within their markets and customer base Understand target audience and target campaigns and goals towards that audience.Assessing and improving performance of the channel, creating sales pipeline, and accurately forecasting opportunities within the channel including Order Volume, Revenue, and Operating Expenses on a monthly, quarterly and fiscal year basis.Plan, coordinate and lead on-site program launch activities and frequent post-launch on-site visits to maintain client relationships and keep our products top-of-mind with client’s sales teams.Provide Product Management/Marketing customer feedback on pricing, sales collateral and resources to maximize channel revenue success. Examples may include:On-site events Webinars to prospects and channel Co-marketing programs and mailings Territory/business planning with client Marketing and Product Management Local events when appropriateDevelop and implement with client strategic action plans to achieve the channels long and short-term strategic objectives, including new customer acquisition, customer retention, channel expansion, and a greater understanding of each unique channel’s qualities. Plans must include detailed timing and tactics for the customer experience, promotions, key messaging and campaign management. Lead analysis, postmortems and recommended changes, if needed, on all in channel marketing campaigns and sales incentive strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing channel relationships, directing weekly or bi-weekly sales performance meetings, manage agent incentive plans, on-site management of launch activities. Providing input for new creative development, understanding and analyzing data, coordinating with internal groups, and making recommendations regarding investment and operating decisions. Maintain and foster productive working relationships with all internal support functions including but not limited to IT, Finance, Operations and Marketing to advocate for the client’s needs and understand how channel goals and client commitments fit into the larger corporate strategy. Maintain productive working relationships with regional and national channel management counterparts to share best practices for fulfillment, demand generation and retention with in our client’s target and customer base.Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.Local and occasional travel as necessary within the territory (up to 50% of the time)
