Clerical Assistant/Customer Service

For over 25 years Le Grand Marketing has been a Food Brokerage Company specializing in the Instore Bakery and Deli.  By representing over 25 vendors, we can better meet the needs of our customers-Grocery Stores and Food Distributors.  For the position of Clerical Assistant/Customer Service, we are looking for an energetic team player who has good organizational skills, an excellent phone demeanor, a helpful attitude and the ability to multi-task effectively. 

Some Key Duties:
*Entering and Maintaining Purchase Orders
*Typing, faxing, filing, copying, answering phones
*Working with various software
*Follow up on Purchase Order Confirmations, Changes, Delivery, or Payment Issues
*Organize and Maintain Point of Sale Materials
*Assist Sales Staff with reports or correspondence for presentations

Requirements:
This Clerical Assistant must have excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, an attention to details and at least one year of data entry and general clerical skills.  General Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a must.
