We are seeking a Client / Account Manager. Will be responsible for working with clients to help facilitate business needs and requests for their customer base. This position will recruit and hire prospective employees, management of field personnel, financial & sales responsibilities, creation and negotiation of contracts, productivity metrics creation and implementation, and office administration. Reports to Service Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Providing support to all levels of management and personnel
- Managing field employees; including employee contracts, contract reviews, employee performance evaluations, identifying training and job assignment, mobilization of field employees, and addressing daily employee needs and requests
- Managing sales and financial responsibilities; including inventory analysis, accounts receivable, invoice review, and Operating Plan targets
- Assisting with recruiting and hiring prospective employees by interviewing candidates and assessing job qualifications
- Working closely with the clients to successfully accommodate all business needs.
- Managing Mobilization Logistics – Oversee the mobilization/demobilization process for their field employees
- Facilitating Contract/Assignment Letters Logistics – Contract review and negotiation of terms and conditions
- Employee Relations – Maintain positive employee relations and resolve employee performance issues in a timely manner
- Keeps information accurate and updated in applicable systems
- Obtaining complete job mobilization data, employee feedback, and weekly reports
- Assisting with HR issues, employee safety issues, Time & Expense review/approval, company initiatives, and other office related activities
- At times may require long hours to support the business structureKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Exercise excellent customer service skills; excellent communication and management skills; possess troubleshooting and problem solving; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of employees;
understand office formats and procedures, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, plus three to five years of employee and client management experience.
