Client Administrator

Client Administrator

The role of the Client Administrator is to assure timely delivery of service to customers.  The ideal candidate must present a professional demeanor, must be computer literate, and must proficiently speak, read, and write English. 



The Client Administrator is required to:



· Communicate with customers by phone and review and answer correspondence throughout production to keep customers informed of status of service. 



· Coordinate all aspects of customer service, such as scheduling appointments and ascertaining status of deliverables. 



· Confer with company personnel to expedite timely processing of service in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.



· Investigate and correct errors or resolve problems. 



· Procure information and materials needed to effectuate production.



· Obtain approval of materials. 

· Record correspondence. 

· Assure accuracy of company records.



The Client Administrator may participate in analyzing and creating methods to improve workflow, simplify recordkeeping systems and procedures, or implement cost reductions; may study methods of improving work measurements or performance standards; and may write or revise training manuals and procedures.  In addition, the Client Administrator may assist in interviewing job applicants, and conducting orientation and training of new employees.
