Client Analyst I

Emdeon Business Services, is a data management company utilizing state-of-the-art technology, which works with third-party administrators, managed care organizations and  insurance companies to print, sort and distribute health-care specific claims information, such as explanation of benefits and checks.

 SECTION I:  RESPONSIBILITY

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Each Client Analysts works within a team of 4-5 and collectively they  manage approximately 125-175 clients (Insurance Companies, Third Party Administrators, Managed Care Organization)Act as the point of contact person for those clients and listen to client questions, concerns, or problems for resolution and potential new product developmentAddress client concerns and solve problems, providing a high level of customer serviceTroubleshoot and provide technical instructions by identifying, troubleshooting, and recording client problems in SIMON projectsMaintains technical product knowledge to keep abreast of updates and changes to the Multi Channel Distribution System (MCDS) by continued product training Responsible for maintaining obligatory requirements to meet quality system compliance e.g. follow processes and procedures as written; complete documentation accurately and in real time in SIMON
