We are currently looking for a Client Engagement Manager for our Integrated Learning Services Division in New York. Intuition’s Learning Services Division provides integrated education programs for clients, complementing e-learning with additional components to form robust blended learning solutions based on client needs.

Overview

The Client Engagement Manager (CEM) is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating blended learning solutions that leverage Intuition’s comprehensive capabilities in classroom learning and e-learning. This role is highly consultative and client facing, and requires a unique combination of skills in consulting, solution design and delivery, and project and people management. The position reports into the Head of the Integrated Learning Services Division and interacts closely with other divisions within Intuition.This role involves:Consulting

§       Work with clients to understand their business needs and propose an appropriate blended learning program

§       Define success metrics that will enable our clients to measure the benefit of our solutions

§       Develop project pricing using established pricing models

§       Partner with sales to develop client proposalsLearning Solution Design, Implementation and Evaluation

§       Perform training needs analyses to define the scope and parameters of learning solutions

§       Design programs and modules in partnership with clients and subject matter experts

§       Manage the development of learning solutions using in-house and contract resources

§       Evaluate implemented solutions versus agreed client success metricsProject and People Management

§       Manage client engagements, acting as the key project contact for clients

§       Manage Intuition consultants, faculty and others who are responsible for program and product development

§       Develop the skills of direct reports and project team members

§       Provide reports on project status, budget, activities and resultsProfessional Qualifications

§       3-5 years of learning and development or equivalent experience

§       Experience managing multiple complex projects in a client facing role

§       Experience working in, or with, a leading banking/financial services organization

§       Bachelor’s degree or higherKey Personal Qualities

§       Personal drive and interest in learning, growing and pushing boundaries to develop programs, products and services for our clients

§       Innovative yet pragmatic thinker who applies creative solutions to client problems

§       Highly detail-oriented, organized and efficient
