Position Summary:
The Client Liaison will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical client accounts and projects for existing and new business. This position will also pursue and promote total client satisfaction by proactively establishing a sound business relationship between the client and Synergistix.
Responsibilities include:
· Serve as a Liaison between the pharmaceutical client and internal production and programming groups regarding day-to-day operational, technical and customer relations interactions.
· Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions, including writing functional specifications and coordinating their implementation.
· Gather and develop cost estimates, proposals and client operating specifications for clients.
· Translate client business requirements and communicate to executive management.
· Follow-through on all matters related to billing for client services.
· Effectively communicate with the client's decision makers to better understand the short and long-term goals to meet and exceed needs and expectations.
· Guide clients in developing strategic plans, goals, timelines and measures of success for implementing projects.
· Serve as liaison with internal Production and Programming groups providing feedback received from clients in relation to new products and improvements to existing products.
· Act as overall quality control on communications and client contact and ensure that all project timelines are met.
· Participate in intradepartmental task forces and initiatives to improve processes and maximize profits.
· Occasional travel may be required.
Experience, Education and Technical Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three to five years of work experience in information systems, business, life sciences or related field strongly preferred.
· Experience working and supporting a pharmaceutical sales organization strongly desired.
· A basic understanding of relational databases required.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus.
