Client Service Representative

Job Purpose:

Serves clients by recording inbound calls for emergency service and dispatching service technicians to resolve heating and cooling trouble calls for commercial and industrial clients.

 

Duties:

* Build the daily and weekly technician work schedule.

* Qualify every request for service; completing the service tracer form on each call.

* Keep client informed to assure they know when the service technician will arrive.

* Provide support to assure timely flow of materials, tools and paperwork to the technicians to ensure client satisfaction.

* Build rapport and positive working relationships with supervisors, peers and technicians.

* Assist in the coding of service tickets, coordinating with accounting personnel.
