Our company is rapidly growing Private Wealth Management firm based in South Snohomish County.  We manage the investment assets for affluent individuals globally.  We are looking for a team member who is very professional, self motivated and has the highest level of personal integrity.

Financial Services, Client Administrator/Project manager:


Job Description:Will have excellent technical skills and a talent for learning new software/technology.  Must be able to perform special projects with minimal supervision.

Responsible for preparing client reports and maintaining contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information, schedule meetings, and troubleshoot problems.

Will be extremely detail oriented and will be expected to design and implement new processes to enhance office efficiency.

Must be very comfortable working in a networked environment. 


Year of Experience: 2+

Educational Requirements: Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience
