 Support Google’s growing network of advertisers, publishers and users. The Online Sales and Operations (OSO) team keeps Google growing and profitable. They are dedicated to supporting the company's growing base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, and providing them with the highest levels of service.  They are responsible for generating revenue from a broad range of products such as AdWords, AdSense, Gmail and Google Earth. This means that OSO team members need to be proactive, motivated, organized, responsible – and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  Our Positions At Google, our strategy is simple: We hire great people and support them in turning their aspirations into reality. We have opportunities in the following key positions: Online Operations Associates partner with advertisers, website publishers and users of Google products, helping them meet their goals by providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat. Additionally, Online Operations Associates play an important role as a liaison to the product management and engineering teams, supporting the continuous improvements of our products.  Online Operations Managers directly manage high-performing teams working on the operations and support of Google's online advertising and consumer products groups. They take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Google's revenue-generating products.
