EEO/M/F/D/VCeridian is seeking a Project Manager to provide project management services for internal and external client projects for Ceridian's Lifeworks product. The Project Manager position is a 'hands on role' that will be responsible for developing strategies for delivering services to contracted specifications, managing vendor relationships and contracts, and developing new customer initiated projects and programs.

Other responsibilities include: Manage the development and delivery of special client-requested services, such as Kids in the Workplace, Public Benefits Outreach and PNC Grow Up Great.Problem solving, setting expectations with people at all levels in various departments, providing leadership, clearly communicating plans and following through with the team. Act as the primary back up for supporting activities related to existing customer services and initiatives, such as ensuring that all aspects of new product rollout and nonstandard customer service configurations are complete and working with service delivery so they are ready to deliver the product and nonstandard service to the customer. This position will also provide back up support to coordinating test calls and site visits, as well as RFP responses.
