Client Services Regional Manager

Medical Reimbursements of America began in May 1999 with three people and currently employ over 200. Representing over 250 hospitals nationwide, our focus is to locate and recover maximum insurance reimbursements on patient accounts arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents and work injuries.

We are seeking a Client Services Regional Manager (CSRM) to join our Client Services team. The CSRM is responsible for maintaining the loyalty and satisfaction of assigned clients by developing cooperative relationships with clients' economic buyers, technical users and decision-influencers; expanding MRA's service lines and placement volume; and continuing to manage the client and their issues effectively and efficiently with limited supervision. This position is home-based and may be located in TN, GA, NC or SC.

The successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain good client relations with mid-level and/or senior hospital executives and their staff, and possess an internal operations focus that addresses external customer needs.

BA/BS degree preferred. At least 2 years hospital business office experience required; supervisory experience in this environment preferred. Knowledge of general office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and hospital billing software is required; knowledge of insurance billing, especially auto, liability, and health insurance is a plus. This position requires at least 50% travel (mix of local and overnight).
