Track and maintain information from EY's clients and various sources. Coordinate the sharing of information with an administrator for data tracking, scheduling, and billing. Prepare extension information and requests. Perform quality control on assembled returns, as required. Prepare other forms and communications. Draft responses to taxing authority notices.Assume other administrative duties, as required. To qualify, candidates must have:a minimum of 1 year of business related experience ability to successfully support and coordinate simultaneous projects independently, while exercising good judgment proficiency in the use of standardized software and hardware applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels, both orally and in writing TX-Houston
