POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
Make a minimum of 125 collection calls per day
Take incoming calls while logged into the collection queue
Manage an assigned portfolio by calling on past due accounts to keep aging at an acceptable level & to minimize bad debt
Experience working in business-to-business environment
Experience collecting unsecured debt
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
College degree & bilingual a plus
Pleasant demeanor - helpful & courteous to our customers
