Commercial/Residential Mortgage Loan Collector  



*MUST HAVE TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE*



This position requires the ability to analyze small business, commercial and residential loan documentation, contact borrowers regarding loan repayment, and coordinate work with legal counsel when necessary. Other duties include performing skip traces, ordering credit reports, appraisals, and other data as required. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion is a must.
