Compensation Consultant Summary

Our global client is looking for 2 Compensation Consultants to join their team in the WDC metro area. These candidates will be responsible for supporting various lines of businesses and service units throughout the US.

The successful candidates will possess the following attributes: knowledgeable in executive compensation, market pricing, broad band compensation (base pay, variable pay, merits etc.) and strong software applications (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills a must). In addition, the Consultants must be able to administer and develop job standardization and salary structure systems. All Consultants must possess a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation experience. The duration of this project is for 1 month with the possibility to extend or to go permanent.
