Concierge / Guest Relations - Bilingual in Spanish

Provide Professional, high end service to our guests while promoting the Stanford brand.

 Greet clients in English or Spanish ask them who they are here to meet. Request that they go to the second floor reception area and wait. Advise the Receptionists when clients are being directed to the second floor waiting area. Call Assistants in the 5050 Westheimer building upon the clients’ arrival and inform them that their guest is waiting in the second floor waiting area. Contact Compliance Department upon delivery of any envelope or package for a Broker or their Assistant to the Concierge deskCommunicate with Security and Receptionist of unexpected visitors, changes to the Calendar and any other informationProvide tours of 5050 Westheimer building for guests in English and SpanishArrange air travel and hotel reservations for clients, recruits and employees using TraveLeaders corporate travel agencyBook car rentals and town car service for clients, recruits and employeesAssist in the coordination of company events held in the 5050 Westheimer building including the Stanford ExperienceMaintain and distribute the daily Calendar for 5050 Westheimer building Conference rooms, Eagle room, Lodis roomBook meeting rooms as necessary - Follow-up meeting room requestsCheck the DVD player and desktop computer in the Lodis room daily to ensure it is in proper working order. Notify IT Department if not working properly. Arrange for IT assistance showing the Corporate Video afterhoursKeep the Concierge area clean and in order including the mints, Register book and Eagle statue areaCompile expense reports to be delivered to Human Resources Assist Brokers who are visiting our Houston office
