About the Opportunity


FMI is currently seeking an experienced, high energy and self-motivated individual who possesses strong graphic, research, analysis, and writing skills to join their team. This senior level administrative/entry-level consulting role requires a substantial amount of document development, design, creation, and editing using Microsoft Office applications. An individual who excels in project coordination, verbal & written communications, graphical layout, data analysis, research, and analytical problem solving is highly desired.

Responsibilities Include:

Consultant Support

 Create client presentations, draft client proposals and reports using the appropriate Microsoft Office application Assist with client-related sales and marketing efforts including mailings, document preparationAssist with various qualitative and quantitative analysisCreate and critique marketing toolsDocument and report all relevant project information for consultants to use in post-mortem reviewParticipate in administrative consulting projects as requiredData input of cost and client project information

Research & Publishing Support

 Research and compose articles for publication in trade-related publicationsConduct literature reviewsCapture and input financial information Draft survey and research instrumentsCollect and analyze survey and research dataInteract with clients on data gathering and logistics Receive, analyze, and prepare summary of survey and client feedback

 

Successful Candidates Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

 Superior written and verbal communication skills, including keen listening skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProject coordination skills and abilities Superior proofing and editing skills Prior research(academic or professional) experience Strong Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint—is a mustExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

 

Education/Experience Required:

 Training (professional and or academic) in graphical layout, analysis, research, and general business understanding a mustUndergraduate degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college a plus
