Contract Library Scanner

Position Purpose:

To scan and file all orders and documents that are brought into the library.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

· Scan all contracts for the day

· Alphabetize

· Ability to react to change productively and handle other assigned tasks as required.

 

Requirements:High School Diploma Must have good interpersonal skillsMust be self-motivatedMust have good alphabetizing and organizational skillsWillingness to work overtime preferredMust be able to bend and stoop and lift up to 25 lbs.

 

 

 Performance Standards:Ability to manage time and workload, meeting deadlines independently Meets accuracy and quantity standardsDeal with problems quickly and efficiently

 

Working Conditions:

· The position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time

· The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
