Contract Trainer SummaryLeverages business relationships with internal customers and external vendors toward assessing product line specific education needs, developing and implementing viable, cost effective and timely education solutions.  Participates on multifunctional teams. Designs, develops and delivers curriculums, courses and associated materials in all available/appropriate media.  Implements workshops, case studies and pre/post-testing.  Evaluates, recommends and implements third party training courseware, materials and media as is appropriate. Responsible for implementation of Learning Management processes and procedures e.g., need assessment, data analysis, Education Center training plan creation/maintenance, vendor negotiations, and facility management.  Develops and is responsible for implementation of appropriate tracking /metrics reports for departmental budget, accounts payable, and student training histories.


 

 

Essential Contract Trainer Skills & CharacteristicsMinimum of 5 years experience in education development and learning solutions Financial services experience
