Position Purpose

To facilitate and track Standard operating procedures (SOP) compliance for onshore and offshore functions, as well as to identify promote functional synergy between all internal cash management groups.

 

Key Accountabilities

·  The unique contribution this role makes to the organization is that the Conversion Analyst:

·  Tracks billing processes between onshore and offshore teams to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures

·  Monitors billing processes across all lines of business to identify gaps as well as areas of redundancy

·  Makes recommendations to management for process improvements and increased effiicency

·  Gathers information through the use of phone metrics, time studies, etc. to determine workflow relevancy and efficiency

·  Facilitates strategies to continuously improve communication and to realize synergies across all cash management groups

·  Analysis and documentation of cash management processes for the purpose of both cross-functional and onshore/offshore transistion

·  Implementation of new processes including: documentation, training and tracking as it relates to cross functional and onshore/offshore activities

·  Works closely with the Reporting Analyst to create, track and report all metrics related to the Cash Management dashboard

·  Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s Degree in a business or accounting related field, or commensurate experience

·  3-6 years experience in a fast paced, corporate finance environment

·  Strong attention to detail

·  Project Management Skills – E Project training, a plus

·  Management of Off-shore Teams, a plus

·  Self-starter with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks

·  Proactive problem solving and leadership skills

·  Strong initiative and an enthusiastic, energized work ethic

·  Accuracy is a must

·  Advanced spreadsheet skills with proficiency in MS office

·  PeopleSoft experience is a plus
