Responsibilities include: . Tracking equipment orders through the process, keeping in touch with order management and warehouses to monitor status .Maintaining accurate records of all equipment and accessories for assigned clients .Compile fleet data on a monthly basis and create accurate reports for clients, including data on equipment deliveries, moves and relocations, fleet uptime, and device volumes. .Analyzing data for trends and monitor for possible impact on Service Level Agreements. . Being knowledgeable of all areas of accounts, keeping updated on new equipment and changes to client locations . Making periodic visits to local on-site personnel locations and communicate regularly with on-site manager(s) and clients, as applicable. . Assisting with convenience care process for device fleet as needed, including preventative remote monitoring and at-device maintenance, as well as responding to requests for support to maximize device uptime.
