Job Profile:

The Field Service Technician will provide customer service and repair for both Ricoh and Canon products to Mid South Digital customers within a certain geographical area.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ideal candidate will be hard working, self motivating, punctual, dependable and organized.
* Service Technician will manage territory, car stock inventory and customer relationships.
* Provide accurate call notes for each customer and submit at end of work day.
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Maintain company reports and records including car mileage, call dispatch records etc.
* Be a team player by working with other technicians on assigned tasks.
* Meet and exceed expected call levels per day or as instructed.
* Positive Team Member
* Creates relationship with sales representatives to offer equipment upgrades and leads.
* Demonstrate strong ethical and judgement skills.
* Assists with other duties as assigned.


Education:

* High School Diploma or higher
* Technical skills preferred
