Corporate Leadership Training Specialist

Description

The selected individual will deliver training sessions in accordance with all professional facilitation standards. The Training Specialist’s objective is to inspire audience participation and enthusiasm to ensure a quality training experience for all attendees while utilizing adult learning concepts. In addition, he/she will schedule and coordinate the facility and travel arrangements as necessary. The Training Specialist reports to the Training Manager and will assist with on-going planning, designing, developing, evaluating, implementing and facilitating courses for leadership and professional growth of the organizations front line supervisors up to upper level management to meet our corporate strategic objectives.

Requirements

· 5 years of verifiable and demonstrated facilitation skills

· 3-5 years of classroom training experience

· Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal skills, PC skills (Word and PowerPoint)

· Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in the area of Human Resources, Training and Business

· Ability to work independently and make independent judgments

· Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%   (majority of the time will be in TX, LA, AR)

· Pluses include: MBTI certification, Dale Carnegie graduate, member of ASTD
