Corporate Sales Executive

The Hospitality Group (THG) is actively seeking an experienced business-to-business Corporate Sales Executive who is committed to excellence and long-term employment.  As a THG Corporate Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building a client base by contacting top-level decision makers, in addition to cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with companies interested in utilizing corporate hospitality services at some of the most sought-after sporting events in the world.  In this role, you will act as their trusted liaison, presenting various corporate sports hospitality package options, based upon each client's specific business and operational needs.

 

In order to prepare you for this exciting and challenging role; you will take part in our comprehensive training program, which focuses on product knowledge, developing proven, effective sales skills and business development tools.

 

Core competencies / Qualifications:

 

· Excellent verbal communications skills and solid relationship-building ability.

· Superb "deal-closing" skills.

· The drive to exceed expectations and outperform your peers.

· Fearless – you should not be intimidated by the challenge of "pitching" a CEO or president of a company about an absolutely VIP corporate sports hospitality experience, in order for them to attend some of the most sought-after sporting events in the world.

· Develop/build your own client base – utilizing proven sales techniques including: research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling and closing.

· You should be self-motivated, dynamic, and be able to work independently.

· Demonstrate an ability to meet or exceed set sales targets.

· Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives from Fortune 1000 companies.

· Ability to think creatively, independently.

· You should have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be a self-starter and have a " play to win " attitude.

· You have a passion for overcoming obstacles and have the desire to build a great career in sales.

· Having a successful track record in sales (is a definite asset). However, candidates who indicate a strong desire to develop their sales skills in order to succeed in a corporate sales environment will also be considered.
