Credit and Collections Analyst

Vedior NA is currently seeking a well-seasoned Credit and Collections Analyst to work a 3 month contract role on-site with it's client in Reno, NV

 

Principle Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Meet monthly collection targets

• Direct Cash application through remittance advice and statements as required

• Escalate issues in accordance with escalation policy

• Assist in the preparation of management reports in line with Clients and Accenture’s requirements

• Attend client meeting to discuss debtor performance and address issues as required

• Provide a liaison and review service for the client

• Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service / deliverables to the client

 

Experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or call centers.

Telephone, problem solving, and reporting skills.

Strong computer skills.

 

 

Knowledge of banking procedures, methods of payment, credit card processing.

Experience in working with accounts receivable or enterprise systems.

Experience working in a retail environment.

 

Minimum 1-2 years Experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or call centers

 

 

Minimum of high school diploma.
