The Customer Care Center Team Lead position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company objectives and team goals are achieved.  This individual works closely with the team manager on employee development, motivation and retention.

If you have the following experience, you may be just the candidate we are looking for:

Minimum of 2 years extensive Customer Service experience, in a contact center environment2-3 years in a leadership capacityExceptional communication, analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and decision making abilitiesAbility to work in a structured, high pressured, changing, and challenging environment with people from diverse backgrounds and experiencesDemonstrated sound judgment and reasoning skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Must be authorized to work in the United States
