Customer Care Representative - BidNet:  Key responsibilities, qualifications:

 

Experienced Customer Care Representative to receive inbound as well as make proactive outbound service satisfaction and renewal intention calls.  The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service.

 

Key responsibilities of this position include:

 Supports current customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services available. Maintains customer records by updating account information in CRM system. Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer's needs, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction and following up to ensure resolution. Provides follow-up on renewal intentions and communicates to sales staff when assistance is needed. Maintains financial records by processing customer invoices, payments and adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  Qualified candidates will have:

 Experience providing Customer Service. Experience utilizing CRM systems. Web savvy, overall understanding Web browser software. Creative problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong organization and analytic skills as well as detail oriented. Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks. Very strong Excel skills.
