Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies, seeks a Customer Contact Center Manager for their distribution / call center in Waukegan, Illinois (north of Chicago).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
Provide motivation & supervision to a staff of 100 in a high volume customer interaction center (3,000 calls / day)
Monitor, track & enforce department policies, procedures & goals
Maintain Uline's world-class service to our business customers
Develop managerial & leadership skills of team leads & department supervisors
Review reports & take appropriate action
Prior customer service management experience, preferably in a call center environment
Experience with process improvement audits
Ability to travel to other branches
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
