Customer Service

Faster Inc. www.fasterinc.com is a growing organization that is expanding its operations. The growth has opened a permanent full time Customer Service position available for a motivated, organized and knowledgeable individual proficient in customer communication. The position is responsible for customer communications and technical assistance with customers via phone, fax, email, and processing customer requests, review customer orders and forecast requirements per customer web site systems. Individual must be well organized, maintain awareness and accuracy. Position requires knowledge of an inventory control program, Microsoft Office, College and/or previous experience along with excellent customer service etiquette.

Position is permanent full time Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 with benefits.
