Customer Service Advisor

We have an intensive 3 week training program starting on June 2, 2008 at our Henrietta based contact center. This training will provide you with the knowledge to grow within Staples in a short period of time. You must successfully pass the training in order to ensure permanent placement within the organization. Upon successful completion of the training program, we have Full-time opportunities available. These entry-level positions involve receiving incoming calls and providing basic customer care with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention. The preferred candidate will have previous call center experience, a solid work history, and the desire to become an integral part of the customer service team. A successful candidate will have the ability to continue to learn in whatever role they assume and take the initiative to get to the next level. Requirements In order to apply, you must have the following essential skills: 1. Good verbal and written communication skills 2. Customer service oriented attitude 3. be able to type 35 words per minute 4. Positive attendance record You must also, be available to work Monday – Friday from 11am – 8pm.
