 Job Objective

Provide excellent Customer Service to the customers of Teleperformance and its Partners

 Education and TrainingMust have a High School diploma or GED equivalent

            Previous Call Center/Customer Service experience helpful but not required

 ExperienceOne or more years of customer service experience in a fast paced environment.

The ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a diverse work force

Experience with Windows operating systems

 Requirements

·        Respond to inbound calls concerning billing inquiries, including reading invoices, crediting accounts and administration changes to accounts if necessary

·        Positive mental attitude to handle escalations

·        Ability to use a multi-line phone to transfer calls

·        Some departments may require the use of a fax machine

·        Provide excellent customer service phone etiquette

·        Previous Internet experience including basic computer knowledge

·        Some departments may require the working knowledge of ASCII or terminal emulation programs

·        Must be 18 years of age or older

·        Schedule adherence is required

·        Some departments may require a sales background for customer retention and up selling

·        Problem solving skills and the ability to trouble shoot for various service interference’s and connectivity problems
