Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies, seeks Customer Service Representatives for their Allentown, PA distribution center (5 minutes from the PA Turnpike Northeast Extension exit in Lehigh County & 25 minutes from Reading).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Monday through Friday - 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Process customer orders via phone & internet

Answer product, pricing & availability inquiries

Enter quotes on quantity / custom items & research orders

Professional phone manner & ability to work independently

Typing speed of 30 wpm

6 months - 1 year customer service experience

Bilingual (Spanish) CSR positions are also still available.
