Customer Service Dispatcher

Due to our continued growth and opening of additional locations, Multi-Modal, an intermodal freight and logistics company, has an opportunity for a strong Customer Service Dispatch team member.  Skills required for this position are:  attention to detail, strong communication skills, demonstrated teamwork attitude and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment.  Computer experience including Microsoft Excel is also required.  The position will focus on dispatch, daily research and reporting to key customers, continual communication via telephone and fax, and coordination of setting apointments for freight delivery, loading and other logistics services.  This position is open at our northwest Indianapolis office.
