This position requires an individual who can handle a fast paced, high volume call center to assist customers in problem solving situations. Are you the right person for this job?

The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for assisting customers in problem solving situations after the sale of a product including investigating issues, resolving problems, and communicating both with the customer and vendor to find mutually agreeable solutions while controlling ATD’s exposure.

All candidates will have the following qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable.

Must possess a working knowledge of math, excellent communication skills, and organizational skills. Preference will be given to individuals with some experience in a retail environment (or in a similar call center or “out front” in a restaurant, i.e. waited tables).
