Customer Service Position

Job Purpose:

Serves customers by providing information; responding to delivery requests; order processing; data entry.

Duties:

* Process customer orders in a timely manner.

* Update customer price books.

* Communicate with customers on order status and pricing discrepancies.* Comfortable answering phones and responding to customer requests.* Order and maintain current inventory levels.* General office duties copy, faxing, filing, etc.
