Customer Service Representative

Summary:To answer inbound technical support and customer service calls, relating to business services and products.  This includes hardware systems/accessories, and customer inquiries regarding technical, billing, and general information requests.  To perform the necessary functions by guiding customers through the steps to fix their technical problem(s) related to company products and/or what is necessary on the customer's account.Qualified Candidates will: Manage flexibility in training and work schedule (i.e.: Must be able to work days, nights weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed).Demonstrate successful completion of significant and informational on-the-job training.Have an excellent team orientated, outgoing, fun attitude!Ability to work assignment between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. (with some flexibility.) Have significant experience in the customer service sector (retail, hospitality, food service, sales, and related positions.)Have the ability to utilize differing aspects of computer based software. Able to type 40 words per minute while engaged with a customer, and be proficient with Windows 95 or higher.Demonstrate a mechanical aptitude.Exhibit clear, courteous, and professional phone skills.Be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent certificate.Pay rate beginning at $11.00 an hour; with opportunity for quick advancement coupled with significant long term growth and job security. Ideal candidate will exhibit desire to move into salaried position at some point, with an emphasis on long term employment.
