We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail and action-oriented professional who understands customer needs and who is ready to help us achieve the next level of success.  Ideal candidate will be sharp, well-organized, self-motivated, and a team player. Will be performing top-notch customer service to our clients including order entry and problem solving.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Receive, process, and enter incoming orders for Chain Stores.

 

Oversee jobs through the production process, submitting samples to the customer as required and verifying packing/shipping requirements.

 

Coordinate with appropriate transportation companies to schedule pick ups for shipments.

 

Reviews and updates customer records in database.

 

 

Resolves problems and refers unresolved ones to the responsible parties.

 

Performs due diligence on customer inquiries through oral/written communication.

 

Provide support to the sales team members

 

Responsible for maximizing customer orders by offering additional products that are relevant to the customers’ needs.

 

Offers additional products that are appropriate to the customer’s compliance needs through probing and identifying sales opportunities.

 

Resolves customer complaints regarding orders, shipping, and merchandise.  Follows up with customers when necessary.

 

Other duties may be assigned to accomplish company or department objectives.

 

Minimal travel required for Trade shows.

 

Education and/or Experience: Associate degree and minimum 3 years of customer service experience.Experience with Great Plains preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent verbal and communication skillsExcellent business writing skillsHighly organized with excellent time-management skills Adapt in managing multiple tasks simultaneously Advance skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Search Capabilities and Microsoft Great Plains.

· 10 key proficient

· 40-50 WPM

· Must have Routing guide knowledge

· Must have experience in dealing with Chain stores requirements experience

· EDI knowledge preferred.
