Sears (PRS) currently employs over 13,000 skilled repair technicians that service greater than 14 million customers each year. The Sears Region Routing Center is responsible for dispatching approximately 2,000 service technicians and over 2.5 million service calls per year throughout the Northeast United States. The Routing Center utilizes a state-of-the-art software program to maximize the effectiveness of the route creation. Currently, we are seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives to be liaisons between the customers, service technicians, and Routing system.
