Customer Service Reps

We are looking for  Customer Service Representatives!

 

We have part time and full time postions.

The part time position is 28hrs/wk, temporary-to-permanent position in North Austin.  Pay is $13.50 hourly, depending on experience.  The position would start ASAP. 

This position requires the employee to work 5PM – 9PM three weeknights per week, and up to eight hours per day on weekends.  The schedule is slightly negotiable.

The full time positions are 10.50/hr and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are required.

 

Requirements for both:

-  Three years CSR experience (one year in a call center environment).

-  Ability to type 20-25WPM.

-  Intermediate to expert Word/Excel/MS Windows skills.

-  HS Diploma/GED.

-  Ability to use a multi-line phone system.

-  Excellent phone etiquette.

-  Experience working in an office environment.

-  Bilingual strongly preferred.
