Customer Service/Reservationist/Event Planner

Customer Service – Reservations Responsibilities: Premier Transportation is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Full-Time reservationist’s position. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Answers phones and responds to customer requests. • Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues. • Possesses the abilities to define problems: collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions. • Follow-ups on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. • Flexible scheduling, with the possibility of some weekends and holidays. • Inputs and retrieves alphabetical and numerical information in prescribed format, utilizingknowledge of various computer software packages. • Completes data entry per skill level classification. • Verifies input data to ensure accuracy of completed work; scans and edits for errors during processing. • Ensures strict confidentiality of client and company records. • Understands and complies with all policies and procedures. • Recommends and implements new and improved procedures to enhance and expedite work. • Creates and maintains a positive and respectful work environment for staff. • Interacts with diverse levels of personnel to develop and maintain effective communication to resolve issues and inquiries. • Effectively communicates with individuals at all levels internally and externally.

Job may include assistance with other departmental projects and dispatch and CSR assistance as well.

RequirementsDispatcher Requirements: Wespecializeinexecutive transportation, and seek to hire a professionalindividualwhoexcels at multi-tasking and time management. Experienceis adefiniteplus! We offer a full time flexible scheduleincludingweekends,competitive salary and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have the following (but not limited to):

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • Excellent PC skills. Strong typing and Internet navigation skills required. • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service. •Organizationalandcoordinating skills, the ability to multi-task andhandlemultiplepriorities and changes with professionalism. • Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment. • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member. • Excellent telephone voice in terms of tone, clarity, pronunciation, and proper use of grammar. • Strong listening skills and pays attention to details. • Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task. • Willingness to learn and grow with the position. • Ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
