Customer Service/Sales Representative

We are currently looking for new talent to join a growing Sales Support Team that services one of our key clients. As part of this team, you will place outbound calls to potential customers. A combination of being a good listener, articulate, patient, and possessing the ability to utilize past sales skills knowledge while maintaining a pleasant disposition makes you an ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity! Qualification To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Required Experience and Skills: ? Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent ? Basic knowledge of computer applications ? Excellent oral communication, clear speaking voice, excellent enunciation ? Ability to multitask by listening, typing, speaking and navigating multiple interfaces at the same time ? Ability to work flexible shifts ? 1 year experience in sales environment preferred Primary Duties: ? Place outbound calls utilizing excellent sales skills, proper grammar and verbal skills ? Meet daily/weekly/ monthly sales goals as determined by the Call Center Manager ? Learn and use software applications required to complete daily tasks ? Maintain high standards of professionalism and conduct at all times

Selling water services and products. Base rate is $10 per hour, plus incentive based upon the agent's Sale Per Hour. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Part timePositions

make outbound calls to Customers or prospects to offer warm transfer to a Mortgage specialist for a free mortgage analysis. Pay rate is $10 per hour. Hours are 4 pm - 8 pm Monday - Thursday, and Saturday 10 am - 2 pm.
