The Position:

 

ICG Commerce is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who will interact with customers on a daily basis to ensure seamless execution of purchase order transactions while delivering high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, effective communicator who thrives on challenge and helping customers achieve their objectives. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of purchasing and procurement, opening doors to multiple career paths throughout the company.



The Ideal Candidate will have:

  A bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Previous eCommerce and Procurement experience a plus The availability to work flexible shifts and work hours

 

The company is seeking Philadelphia-based candidates. Relocation packages are not available.
